Many events that we cover require immediate distribution of the content, often for cascade purposes or training. To enable this, we’ve developed a system to ensure footage is captured in a suitable format for immediate inclusion on a pre-branded and printed DVD, ensuring that the memory of the event and experience lives on.
As well as traditional DVDs, messages or presentations can be captured and distributed through USB sticks or other forms of media.
One of the strengths of Vivid is that we incorporate Events, Production and Broadcast, which means that we are able to draw from different disciplines within the company to achieve the best result.
By using broadcast production values our live visuals are some of the best in the events industry and we work hard to keep them that way.
As well as traditional visual reinforcement, we regularly use cameras to help with engagement at conferences and events. We often find that on stage interview sets can offer a more intimate environment for discussions. With the audience watching on large screens like TV, this enables the meeting host to present directly to camera meaning that the audience feels like the presenters are looking straight at them.
We are always keen to explore ways to make the messages and content of the conference live beyond the actual event and web streaming and web portals are a great way to achieve this.
For those unable to attend the event, perhaps due to distance or budget, webcasts can be a great way for people to join in. Product launches, road shows, conferences and concerts can all benefit through an integrated online presence that allows the viewer to interact, feed back and comment on the event taking place.
